In line with our commitment to Women empowerment and development, we will continue to support and assist the youths through learning practical professional skills. The youths will be trained to transform the knowledge acquired from school into practical current trends in I.T for modern day business solution, bridging the gap between theories learnt from school and applying this knowledge practically to earn a living, through our technologically driven training programs.
In the future we shall provide small scale loan for our trainees to start their own micro-enterprise business after successfully acquiring needed skills. The areas of training for the youths are thus:

OUR FUTURE
WITIN was established to make positive impact in the society by empowering women who play critical roles in shaping the world. We are working hard to implement our short term expansion plans which include:
- Acquisition of a large office, equipped with necessary equipments and facilities for our workshop/training sessions.
- Purchase of four-wheeler vans for our village out reach.
- Using ICT to promote peace and women network.
